Great restaurant, from the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Elaine who took my order and provided helpful information, she was a delight! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Five stars all the way!

I usually drive to the Mississauga location of Edo Japan because I love the atmosphere and the friendly staff there. However, I decided to check out the Sandalwood Parkway East location in Brampton, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed warmly. The store's cleanliness was excellent, creating a comfortable environment. I placed my order at the cash register, and I appreciated how accommodating the staff was when I asked a few questions to customize my meal. It was a great experience. I also had the pleasure of meeting Elaine, the store manager, who was truly amazing. We laughed and chatted like long-time friends, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, the customer service at this location is top-notch. I highly recommend checking it out-you'll feel welcomed and sure to want to return for your next meal after your first visit!

I recently visited Edo Japan, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. They were attentive, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service. As for the food, the sushi rolls were absolutely delicious! They were fresh, perfectly rolled, and packed with flavour.

Went for first time, and food was amazing but most importantly service was fantastic especially from Aaron, he actually took time to explain and shared offers available on the app. So happy we returned again for lunch!

Came here 3x and their food is always amazing! The staff also greets everybody despite being so busy. Personally recommend their sukiyaki beef bowls and mango bubble tea. Will defintely be back! :)
